What are the benefits of mint tea?

The small-batch CBD Mint tea incorporates two types of mint: peppermint and spearmint (though peppermint is actually a hybrid of two different plants, water mint and spearmint). Spearmint is considered to have originated in the Mediterranean, and was later brought to Europe and Asia. It was more widely established in American in the 1700s.

When should I drink CBD tea?
